Depart from Tawau to Maliau Basin Conservation Area and expected to arrive at Shell Maliau Basin Reception and Information Building (SMBRIB) at 1.00pm from 9.00am. Take short time for lunch and continue the journey to Maliau Basin Studies Centre (MBSC) ( about 1 hour driving). Check in and enjoy the Maliau Basin ‘sky Bridge’ & short walk to the knowledge Nature Trail. Evening activities watching sunset view from observation tower ( if weather permits).Activities continue with video show of introduction of Maliau Basin Conservation area do’s & don’ts & waste management. By 9.00pm you will visit SMBRIB information gallery Night Drive or night walk to search for a wildlife if weather permits (optional activities)
Depart for Agathis R. Station to start the trekking to Ginseng R station. (Driving to Agathis R. Station about 1 hour). By 9.30 we will arrive at Agathis R.station and start the journey to Ginseng R. station (9KM), about 4-5 hours. Proceed to the Ginseng fall, which is about 15 minutes walking.
Dinner and rest time.
Start your day with 4.8 Km Jungle Trekking to Maliau Falls, about 2-3 hours walking and enjoy the flora and fauna. Afternoon activities proceed with (lunch, recreation, rest, photography) and continue with 4.8 km jungle trekking back to Ginseng Research Station. Night activities (optional) night walk to search for a wildlife…
Enjoy your breakfast and get yourself ready for 9 km jungle trekking to Agathis Research Station. Arrive at Agathis Research Station at 12.30 from 8.00 am depart. Activities end and ready to chek out.

[highlight]MBSC-Nepenthes Camp-Ginseng Camp -MBSC[/highlight]
Depart from Tawau or Keningau Town and expected to arrive at Shell Maliau Basin Reception and Information Building around 1.00 pm. After lunch, the journey continues to Maliau Basin Study Centre with 1-hour driving and expected to arrive at registration office to check in at 3.30pm. Get yourself ready mentally and physically to visit the ‘sky bridge’ and a short walk to the knowledge Nature trail might take 1 hour after that give yourself rewards with the fascinating view of the sunset from Observation Tower with 5-10 minute drive from the trail (If weather permits). After the tiring day we will serve you a wonderful dinner at MBSC Rest house dining hall and enjoy the video show of Introduction of Maliau Basin Conservation Area, if you still want some adventure at night we also provide the night drive or night walk to search for a wildlife (if weather permits).
Rise and shine! Have a blast breakfast before starting your journey to Nepenthes R.Station by 4-5 hours trekking (packed lunch). Expected to arrive at Nepenthes R Station, Camel Trophy Hut Rest at 1.00pm where you can enjoy the view through the observation platform. After 3.8 km (2-3 hours) walk you will arrive at Giluk Falls and Takob Akob Falls and enjoy the swimming and water activities. 7.00 pm dinner and good night!
7.00am Have a nice breakfast and start your third day of the journey. Around 8.00 am the guide will lead you for a10 km jungle trekking that will take about 5-6 hours to Maliau Falls and don’t worry about the lunch, we will provide packed lunch. After the lunch break, the journey continues with 4.8 km jungle trekking to Ginseng R. Station from Maliau Falls, about 2-3 hours trekking. Day 3 ends with dinner at rest house and Goodnight.
7.00 breakfast, 8.00 am 9km jungle trekking to Agathis Camp about 5-6 hours walking and expected to arrive at Agathis camp. After reaching to Agathis we will have 1 hours driving to MBSC and have dinner at 7.00pm. Night drive or night walk to search for wildlife (If weather permits)
Breakfast and depart for Kota Kinabalu or Tawau town. Don’t forget to capture your memorable experiences before departing.
